anything, to be honest! i share lots of human food with my hamsters, but i avoid foods that are sticky or too sugary or artificial, also i don’t eat meat and wouldn’t recommend giving any kind of meat to a hamster. they love fruits and vegetables but some are picky, one of my hamsters really hates bananas
